This policy applies to all pontoon rentals and is subject to change at the discretion of the rental company without notice.
Single-Day Rentals: Rebooking may be offered only if severe weather makes it unsafe to be on the lake during the scheduled rental period. Severe weather includes high winds, lightning, or lake advisories. Light rain, overcast skies, or cool temperatures do not qualify.
Severe weather determinations will be made by the rental company on the morning of the rental.
If approved, renters may rebook for another available date within 1 year of the original rental.
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations.
Multi-Day Rentals: Rebooking may be offered only if more than 50% of the scheduled usable lake time is impacted by severe weather as defined above (during daylight hours: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.).
If eligible, renters may rebook the unused portion of their rental within 1 year of the original start date. Rebooking is subject to availability and does not include refunds or partial credits.
